Product Overview#
Kunlun M300 is a next-generation AI training/inference chip released by Kunlunxin Technology on November 13, 2025 at the Baidu World Conference, with a focus on optimizing ultra-large-scale, multi-modal large model training and inference. It is stronger than M100, and is planned for early 2027 market launch.
M300 is the core product of Baidu Kunlunxin's five-year roadmap (2025-2029), forming a inference + training dual-chip layout with M100 (launching early 2026, inference-dedicated).
